They do NOT at Bobcats Arena in Charlotte and, as a Utah Jazz fan, I was quite annoyed. (I asked, too.)
I'm sure the richer teams like the Lakers and Knicks can afford to carry their opponent's jerseys in their team store.

I don't think they do the Staples Center does not. Only Lakers jerseys in the stands and Laker-Clippers stuff in the L.A. Store.
