I think you mean bitcomet. It's a p2p software that you download and install on your computer. You can download a lot of software and music with it but most of what you download is copyprotected, meaning it's illegal unless you purchase it. You wouldn't want to be sued by Microsoft, the music recording industry or any other big company.
Also be careful not to download viruses. Make sure you have a good anti-virus program installed.

its a program that opens and downloads torrents. google torrent websites and there you can download torrents. if you use firefox it should ask you what program you want to use to open the torrent file. select bitcomet and it should pop up a window inside bitcomet that shows you what is in the torrent and it will require you to click OK before it downloads it for you.
It then downloads it in peices from multiple people.
it can be anything from music, movies, software, games, tv shows, or pictures.
