The janitor in my office cleans everything, why would someone specialize in cleaning only restrooms?

I am a property manager for a large office and I got a call from a company that cleans bathrooms only. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone only clean bathrooms?

Because that is likely the corner or the niche they have decided to carve out for themselves, it's just like that with a business and it is their choice, thou I don't care for businesses cold calling to market themselves.
