Do you really think all that hatefulness is going to get her not to call the cops?? Jeez. If you don't have anything they can't do anything, get rid of any grass, seeds, rolling papers,or anything you smoke it on or in, ash trays anything that might have residue, clean the entire house thoroughly. They can get you for a seed , drug paraphernalia, papers,pipes that you or someone else smoked in, or anything that has had drugs smoked in it,& of course grass. I'm not sure about residue, but for some drugs they can get you just for residue, they have test they do. I say clean everything in the entire house very very well , make sure you vacuum & never,ever ,get caught again.

Well i think you should be where my retard ex boyfriend is....Spending 3 years in jail maybe more...For what you might ask Drugs thats right .....Stupid druggies like you all windup in jail if not the big house where he is going....

You probably are facing anything except maybe some community service, but please think about what you are doing to yourself. You need to stop smoking pot because it is a drug and you will get caught sooner or later. Your dad needs to grow up and stop smoking it also.

Depends on if your mom kept the evidence to turn in. If you're arrested for possession, you could be facing juvy hall. If you're over 18, you could be charged and face possible jail time.

Don't worry about it. If you don't have any pot on you, you won't get arrested. You can only be charged with posession, posession of a look-alike substance, or distribution. Basically that means if you don't have any on you, they can't arrest you for breaking any laws.

You can't be arrested unless you posses marijuana, it's not illegal to be high or to have previously been high. You can only be turned in if your mother can provide evidence that you currently posses it, which I imagine will be hard, especially if you don't at any given time.

she is calling your bluff. she can "turn you in" all she wants. unless you are smoking it, or possessing it at the time, then its your word against hers. let her bark all she wants. by the way, stop doing that crap, you are just killing your brain. guess you learned from your dad though, and calling your mom names isnt too impressive either! shame shame on you!
