Yes, I didn't like myself too much when I was younger. My homelife was bad...alcoholism, etc. There was shame and confusion for a long time. I kinda grew out of it, read a lot of 'self help' books, hung around with 'good people'. I watched the one's I admired...copied them a bit. Before I knew it, I wasn't feeling so bad about myself anymore. I guess some of us have to 're-raise' ourselves! It takes a little time and patience. Good luck to you!

I dont have a lot of self hatred because I dont do things that I would hate to do or other things that others would hate. If you do hate yourself it could also be from something you were told was wrong or not goog enough but in reality it was okay. I think self-hatred is started from the outside by perception or feeling.

i do have a lot of self-hatred. it stems from a lot of things. i am still learning how to cope with it. i usually try to channel my anger into something positive, like exercise

Coped with TIME. Came from my thoughts and i guess SOME not all of my actions. and its gone. O happy day lol
