Yes, both are possible, the only major problems you would have would be to notice your tears and to find a liquid heavy enough to fall through the container and sink.

yes to cry and yes to drink cry cause it don't invlove breathing even though the tears just go into the water and drinking just take in a gulp of water and swallow but don't breath that has some really bad side effects poor poor Chris R.I.P.

why not? emotions are the same below as they are above water.
hmm, drink underwater...thats a new one. you could actually drink the water you're under - that would be the logical approach. everything else would probably spill.

Possible to cry, not so sure about drinking though. Why dont you try it next time your swimming.

Sure, you can drink. You can cry, too, but it would be hard to tell, considering tears would wash off right away.
