No, Not necessarily. More likely to make him a really really angry fat guy. Best to leave him in peace, in my experience.
You gotta remember that a really really fat guy standing there with an excess 200 pounds is really a ver big dude standing there holding 200 pounds and actually walks around carrying that weight with him all day without so much as a little perspiration.
So there's some strength in there to be reckoned with and there sure is a lot of inertia to overcome with your tiny little Mr Puniverse fist.... probably just make a shlooop sort of noise and bounce off.
My best advice... hit him in the spuds and run like the wind.

Not so much that he isn't able to call the police and have you thrown in jail for assault. What you are asking is illegal.
Now if the really really fat guy punched you in the stomach, why would he do that? Are you some kind of trouble maker? If you think that hitting this guy is going to disable him then the charges against you go up to assault with intent to do bodily harm. (sentence is longer and you will get to know your fellow inmates intimately if you get my drift... salad time)...

summo wrestles have been punched really hard...with not bad results..one man would let a cannon ball hit him directly on his stomach area..he lived to be an old man..
it all depends on your area that you hit and how much you would be willing to hurt someone else...could you live with the fact that you hurt someone in this fashion? prepare to go to jail if you would cause them to die or be paralysed for life.
these "jackass" stunts are getting out of hand..this kind of a stunt killed Houdini..???

Sounds like a plan? They may hurt him but his fat will cushion the blow. Remember fat guys move slow.

no if anything his added fat probably would cushin the force of the blow more...
hitting someone in the stomach isn't good practice..it can cause internal damage..and ultimately he could die..look up the magician harry hoodini..

He'd probalby fall over on you and kill you by his weight. No, i think it'd act like armor plating.

i doubt it but if you hit him and then he sits on you, you will be dissabled.
