By leagal terms,if you and your members of your present party have already signed on for short or long term leasing,then you are honor bound to uphold your end and agreement(s) to the owner(s) or landlord/realtor until the following things happen.(1)You live there until time to renew the lease upon date expiration as written in agreement of both parties.(2)The lot has been sold,forclosed,or deemed unlivable for any reason,in which case the other party would be relocated under these conditions and re-assigned to a different contractor under the same lease conditions until time to renew the lease on date set.(3)The occupants have not followed laws or rules set by owner(s),landlord,or realtors and are evicted from the home or apartment area(s),along with paying for any damages the property,or building have/has received inside/outside. If you want something that works and upholds to your standards and schedualing,it is your responsibility to shop around for the placement you want,and also to inform the owner or realtor of your conditions that you need or what your looking for that works for both parties in a signed and written leagal documentation or papers pertaining to the residence.

If you've already signed the lease then that is a binding agreement. You can try to negotiate something with the realtor/landlord.
