If you apply your mind to things that will improve you physically and educationally, and if you desist from seeing naked pictures of girls, then you will find yourself at ease and would not be rankled in by sexual desire. To some extent this desire is normal. You may masturbate occasionally.
If the time is ripe, get married. This will tranquilise you.

There are two ways in which you can contain desires. One is by succumbing to it and fulfilling the desire. The other is by sublimation. The latter means transferring the object of desire to other beings. The movement is from the particular towards the general .

Unless you desire to be a pedophile, to rape people, or to kill them during sex, or to seriouly harm them, you should find a parter who is wililing to partake in your desires with you, there is no need to repress your sexuality unless it harms someone, as in the case of the aformentioned things.
if you have a desire for the aformentioned things, start with intense therapy.

just yield to it .the best way to over come any weakness is to yield to it once.
