It just means that its territory that shouldnt begin to be marked
It means this is my bubble so dont try and step in it
It means here's the line that seperates what Im telling you with what Im not telling you...dont even think about trying to cross that line
Or it can simply be described as this
"Anny Anorexic lets go to McDonalds!"
"Uh---dont even go there Bonny Bulemia---you know you'll just throw it up and I'll just snack on your fries."

Literally.. a person brings up the "there" as a place where either he can go by himself or with company of others. The person to whom he is talking to is warning him/her by saying "don't go their" that he has information that it is not a good place to go and that he for one probably won't be making the trip their should first person decide to go anyway
