I have not heard of a tablet for colic. I use a lot of Boiron products and I love them for the kids.

For bad gas and collicky symptoms we used a combination catnip and fennel liquid that we could rub right on her stomach and feet and it would work very very quickly (just under the diaper on the tummy and then socks over the feet after we put it on them - 5 mins later she was asleep). Here's the link that I used: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=3195

I will also say that I know a lot of parents who used Meyenberg's powdered goat's milk instead of formula with great results. We would make it 1/2 strength and refigerate and then dillute by 1/2 for infants and then gradually reduce the dillution each time she seemed to want more than 1 bottle at a sitting.

We used these things from the day she was born with fantastic results on 2 girls.

Peace!

PS - here is a link for more info on gripe water that I found in wikipedia - I don't know anything about it from personal experience: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gripe_water

MY SON IS FIVE YRS OLD, WHEN HE WAS 4 MONTHS. HE HAD REAL BAD COLIC SO MY MOTHER TOLD ME A HOME REMEDY THAT SHE USE ON US.
GO TO FIESTA AND BUY SOME HERB CALL "MANSANIA" AND "KARO SYRUP".
BIOL MANSANIA AND 1 TSP OF SYRUP GIVE YOUR BABY 2 OUNCES EVERY OTHER NIGHT AT BED TIME I PROMISE YOUR BABY WILL SLEEP LONGER.
DOCTOR DON'T BELEIVE IN HOME REMEDY'S!
YOU CAN ALSO GET SOME OLIVE OIL AND A CANDLE AND RUB THE OIL ON YOUR HANDS THEN WARM THEM ON THE CANDLE AND MASSAGE YOUR BABY'S STOMACH AND BACK DOWNWARDS BUT YOU HAVE TO MASSAGE DOWNWARDS.
I HOPE YOUR BABY GETS BETTER I KNOW THAT MYLICON DOESN'T WORK! GOOD LUCK!!!

My baby had "colic" turned out to be acid reflux and they put her on zantac and it didnt really help so I always had to wrap her really tight in her blanky and rock her till she fell asleep or wrapped her tight and then put her in her swing. She was newborn and she didnt get over it til she was about 4 months old.

just put 2-3 drops in each bottle, no more gas/colic induced headaches!
