Nope, only when I bend over I sometimes say "oh im getting too old for this" but I am only 19 so old age cant be an excuse.

Every time my memory slips. I also use that as an excuse when I work out too hard at the gym and have trouble moving the next day.

yes i may only be 23 but everytime i get up and i hear a crack or somthing i say its old age or when i need a nanna nap in the afternoon its because of the old age...he he ..

Around 40 it starts to follow you on its own, no need to open mouth and thus less odd looks, which, I find it best to let it happen vs. trying to use it.
