Lots of reasons (lack of nourishment causing low blood sugar, lack of sleep, vision problems, high blood pressure, too much caffeine, allergies with sinus pressure, migraines, etc.)

Take 2 Advil (if that doesn't work, the next time take 3). Don't take anything that might contain some caffeine (like Anacin or Exedrin)--it could make it worse.

It could be related to stress. Also it could be your diet depending on what you eat. If you have just cut back on drinking caffeine that could also be the problem. I have two types of headaches migraine and stress headaches. So I can relate to you. What helps me is to relax sit with an ice pack if that helps over your eyes. But make sure that it's wrapped up in a towel or something. If cold doesn't help try heat.

You know... I get headaches, too... three different kinds. For one, I can't do anything; for another, I've got Tylenol, and for migraines (the third) I was recently prescribed Imitrex. She might check your eyes and balance and things like that to see if there's a specific reason, but no worries there. Better to know if there's a problem than to ignore it and have things get worse.

You may need glasses, or you may be having tooth trouble. See you optometrist, a nutritionist, an allergist and get your doctor to recommend a good neurologist. These people are the ones who can tell you why.

See your doctor soon. Head aches that often are an indication.
