It's my company social club, all the employees are members by default, but since many years, the club has not been active in creating events/activities to win it's members heart, so I was just elected President, and I like to bring about a change to that mindset...so, I like to launch a series of "Feel-Good" activities to win their heart and support, so that this club will come alive again ! Any idea to share will be great ! Thanks in advance.

A company I used to work for, held picnics in the Rose Bowl, had a "Day at the Races" at the race track, held carnivals at Sante Fe Dam. Held movie night for the family in the auditorium. Picnics on the beach on Huntington Beach.
Had lots of fun.

Casino night is always a good way to get people together. Have a family card or game night. A cookout with games like toss the water baloon, drinking out of a baby bottle, egg toss, burlap bag race etc. is always fun. Have a day to go fishing , have a torunament for biggest fish. There are lots of things you can do , just use your immagination or have a poll and let the club decide what they would like to do.

In my last job we had a social club and the most popular thing we did was a paintball day. It seems a bit of a blokey thing but the girls enjoyed it too, and it really brought everyone together - comparing bruises the next day was fun!
Also I would suggest go-karting, or if you're feeling very adventurous why not try a scuba diving trip?

Play Twister in the nude. How about a pool table or an air hockey table? You can have a bowl of chips on the side and music in the background. If I think of anything else I'll add it but there's a reason that you were elected president and I wasn't, lol.
