War doesn't determine who's right, but why do people think it's just who's left?

I guess what I'm trying to say is why some countries would rather go to war than resolve problems thorough words

Cause words don't work sometimes. War comes about because of failed diplomacy.

Some countries don't want to solve problems. They are not willing to compromise & never keep their promises. They only options when dealing with such countries is war or surrender.

Surrender should never be the choice.
