Every one I have seen, so far, is a business, has links to a business, or has business sponsors as their support.

I would like to sell my household hard ware goods.

I would like to sell my garage stored stuff I am no longer using too, using a web page.

It depends on a person. If a person can design website but not familiar with how to upload a web will need someone to do that. In the same if a person can design and can do upload but don't know how to get domain name? then it will need someone. To maintain a website is not an easy task again will need someone experienced.

Your question need a detail answer if you clear what you want to know it will help to answer that particularly. I knew my friend he can do everything alone . But it is a rare example.

I hope this answer could help.

It really depends on how big it is. Usually for a personal website it takes just one person. For bigger websites like forums or even a website updated daily it takes 5 people or more, just to moderate or update it whenever possible.

it takes about over 10 people to run and maintain a website the reason why say this is because there is about 1,000 websites all over the country and it takes lot of people to keep their Internet service working.
