How do I put my music onto limewire so people can download my music for free?

I feel this is good promotion so can somebody give me step by step instructions.

Just put it in the shared folder and limewire will automatically search for music on you computer. Be careful !!!

I think that Limewire automatically searches your computer for content.

Yeah. You can either put all the stuff you want to share into the 'Shared' folder or you can specify which folders/files to share. You can find this in the options I think.
