I don't understand why gay men act so much like women. If you prefer men fine, whatever, but why do you have to act like a woman to get some d*ck from a man who doesn't like women anyway?

well timmy do you mind if I call you timmy sure you don't o.k. well in every striaght, bisexual, or gay relationship there has to be some on e to play the man part and there has to be someone to play the woman part. One has to act feminine and one has to act manly like a man. and not all gay man act like that some are under cover brother who has a wife but still gets the d*** at night while there wife and kids are asleep. And gay men feel like since I like men I should act like a woman but that is not always the case. I have seen 2 manly man making out before and I have seen 2 feminine men making out before it doesnt matter it's what you like and whatever floats your boat. But in most gay relationship it's a man role in a woman role usaully. i understand what you saying tim. But s*** gay men make the best of friends and they can hook up your hair real good shoot if i were you I would look at things in a positive way instead of a negative way. peace timmy*

You are generalizing. Yes, some gay men act like girls but that doesn't mean all lf them. I've got gay friends and just one is a bit camp but not that much and that is what some of them tell me when I've asked them the same question. (Most of them) say they look for a man because they don't like women indeed, that's why they look for something 'manly'. But obviously there's lots of things in this world and some prefer camps...

I don't understand why in this day and age, people still believe in such stereotypes. sure, there might be some gay men who "act feminine," but that's a minority. most you could never tell they are gay by the way they act...same with us lesbians. the rest of your question is just really crude...

you need to meet more gay men. I have been with my partner for eight years and up until a year ago no one knew. I'm as masculine as they come... there are every variety of gay men out there, just as with striaght men. I have men some pretty darn effeminite married men... why do THEY act that way?

Not all gay men are feminine. In fact I've only actually met one feminine gay guy, maybe I just have a knack for finding the masculine ones.

You assume that any gay man that walks, talks, and acts like you isn't gay.

You're wrong.

There are lots of us masculine, sport loving, fix our own car type of gays.

Probably the same reason you act like a man. No reason you have to look down on them for it.

Not all do. Just like some lesbians dress/act like men. It's just how they feel more comfortable.

I've seen gays who are feminine and gays who are not. I don't think all of them act feminine.
