When I got my navel pierced, I went swimming a couple months later, and had no problems; however, I know that you are supposed to avoid chlorine and sea water until your piercing has healed completely. I would say if you are not having any issues with your piercing in a couple months, go swimming, but be sure to use the antibacterial wash immediately afterwards (I'm assuming you got some of that when you got your piercing). Anyway...don't hold back, but be careful! Infections SUCK!

I got my belly button peirced and wasnt allowed to go swimming for 3-4 weeks

if you have or had no infection and two months passed, so you may go wiyout expecting any problem in general

you will be fine. I swam right after I got mine done. I was told it would be fine and I never had any trouble.
