Well, you probably haven't found this because the 3rd season OVA hasn't been fully released yet. Most likely the type of stuff that you are buying on Ebay are bootleg dvds (since authentic Japanese imports don't play on region 1 dvd players and don't have subtitles). Most likely the people behind releasing these DVDs on Ebay are waiting untill the series has been fully released before releasing a DVD.
There have only been 2 of the 5 episodes of the OVA released so far with the third comming out at the end of this month. So, you'll have to wait a bit untill it's on DVD or try searching on http://www.isohunt.com or http://www.baka-updates.com for maria sama ga miteru for fansubs of the series when the OVA episodes are released.
