A good leader always finds the solution to every problem. Now a good leader not only makes good decisions but must also make bad decisions as well. How do you expect to improve if you're always correct or successful?
A good leader also uses the qualities of all his/her subordinates to complete the task at hand.

There are lots of leadership category one by subordination common on government office invironment, Radical leadership was most popular in US on feminism and liberation etc.
Business intreprenuership I should say the hardest and most chalenging here you are to be tested not just a leader by example jug the job option, but also leadership by ESP and if possible a quack doctor degree of management and finacial belting capability and magician at the same time. Not just a psycologist and psychiarist but a healer of finacial cracks before the balance been computed.

A good leader is one that is able to get other people to GET THINGS DONE. If it is done morally, ethically, equitably, etc., then you have found a really good leader.
A generally agreed example of a great leader I think is Winston Churchill. What he got the Brits to do was participate in (and help win) WWII.
