You could not have an easier year make and model of car to find a used radiator for. A huge selection of older model GM cars is at Pick-A-Part, where you will have no trouble finding your radiator. For an additional $8.00, you can buy a warranty that will let you replace any defective part(or the wrong one) you might get from them for however long it takes for you to find a good one(or the right one). (The odds of getting a bad part are very low, I would not waste the $8.00)
Before you pay big money for "new", does an 82 vehicle need a "lifetime" guarantee?

i own a shop, and just about anything gm built in that year that's rear wheel drive will fit it,in Buick and Oldsmobile, and the years start at 78 on this one but i wouldn't use a used radiator in it,a new one is not that bad to buy,and will come with a lifetime warranty also,a used one,is sold as is ,good luck hope this helps.
