I used to try to be compassionate and just say that they were "special".......now, I say, "They're not exactly the brightest crayon in the crayon box!"

Pick your best friend in the world. Then sit next to that person 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year, for 5 - 10 - 15 or 20 years.

Chances are you'll know (and be irritated by) every flaw they have. And they will see you in the same way.

You're thrown into a huge melting pot at work. You have to know it for what it is, accept it and rise above it.

Or, you'll be miserable!

There are always going to be difficult people. Heck you could have been one once...or me. Be patient. Ask if they need some help in any work related area. You never know you just might make a difference in your life and theirs by giving a helping hand.

The definition for insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over the exact same way each time and expecting a different result each time. Try something new at work tomorrow. Be a friend.
