I have been having dreams that I am either pregnant, or in labor pretty frequently for several weeks now. At least once every two weeks. In all the dreams I am happy about the pregnancy, as is the person who's baby it would be. In real life, I'm not so sure this would be the case. Well earlier, I had the same dream except this time the baby died while it was still inside of me. Even so, my stomach was still moving around as it would if I was pregnant and the baby was moving. When I awoke, my stomach was hurting very badly. Why do I keep dreaming about pregnancy, and what does it mean??

Some times before we sleep we are thinking of things that happened during the day, like anxieties, or problems. Maybe you are thinking about pregnancy before you sleep, thus you dream about it. In the Past Dreams had meanings, but today God does not talk to us through dreams. Since we have his thoughts down in the Bible. Dreams are either from Satan the Devil, to cause us some pain, or they have no meaning.
I think if you just try to relax your mind before you sleep, and say a prayer, you won't dream about things like this anymore.
That usually helps me. When you decide to have a baby, I 'm sure it will be fine. Just make sure you eat right, see the Doctor, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, and enjoy your time being pregnant. But mostly be prepared for this step, and don't stress yourself, for this is not good for the Baby, and you.

Pregnant
To dream that you are pregnant, symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it. This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.

If you are really pregnant and having this dream, then it represents your anxieties about the pregnancy. Women in the first trimester of their pregnancy tend to dream of tiny creatures, fuzzy animals, flowers, fruit and water. In the second trimester, dreams will reflect your anxieties about being a good mother and concerns about possible complications with the birth. Dreams of giving birth to a non-human baby are also common during this period of the pregnancy. Finally, in the third trimester, dreams consists of your own mother. As your body changes and grows, dreams of whales, elephants and dinosaurs and other larger animals may also start appearing at this stage.

To dream that you are pregnant with the baby dying inside of you suggests that a project you had put a lot of effort into is falling apart and slowly deteriorating. Nothing works out the way you want it to.

Pregnancy Test
To dream that you are taking a pregnancy test, may be a metaphor for a new phase you are entering in your life (a new job, relationship, etc.) You may feel that you are being put to the test as to whether you are prepared or ready for these changes. Alternatively, this dream may be literal in meaning and address your anxieties/fears of getting pregnant.

The baby in your dream symbolizes a "new life". You're trying to achieve this which is why you keep having these dreams. The part where the baby died inside but still moving indicates that even though you may be trying for the new life, there is roadblocks trying to "kill" it. Just keep focusing on your new life and your dream baby will come out happy and healthy.

I've read that dreaming about a baby means you will come upon a really helpful answer to an important question and doesn't necessarily mean actual child birth. But here's a nifty thought, not trying to give you heebeegeebees, but are aliens still using child bearing age earth women as incubators? Reason I asked that is because you said you felt actual pain after the dead baby dream.

Pregnancy/birth in dreams indicates the "birth" of something new in your life. A new project, relationship, career, etc. The closer you are to the birth the closer it is to fruition. If you miscarry, it would indicate something that never got off the ground.
