Make sure you do not do too much weight lifting or you can damage your muscle growth and get pain. You must lift in moderation, but still make sure you don't blow off lifting weights all together. Make sure you run a lot (i reccomend hills) so you are prepared for playing a running back. You also want to do push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and other exercises that do not involve weights. whenever you have an extra 5 minutes, do 50 push-ups and 150 crunches. Just dedicating not much time each day to pure lifting weights or doing push/sit-ups can add so much muscle. remember to lift but in moderation. You can do pretty much all the push-ups and sit-ups you want though.

Wow you might have trouble getting the weight you need before then but you dont need to be "ripped" long distance runners are "ripped" you need bulk, you should just get a normal workout routine (you can find those anywhere on the internet) but just make sure you do low reps high weight, that means that you put on higher amounts of weight that you cant do too many reps in. If your doin 15-20 reps (depending on what it is) on somthin add more weight so your doin between 5-10 reps. The next step is just healthy diet and you should be in good shape that means running.

well your alittle tall so work very hard on your legs
dont worry about weight right now you dont want to gain it to fast or u will have injury issues in college.
wear leg weights everywhere even to school.
try to work out your legs more than anything.
you will have alot of trouble with breaking tackles cause you are only going to get taller.
and again more leg work outs thats the best way for a tall running back to break tackles.
watch how Larry Johnson runs cause your going to have to run like that.
benching and upper body is still important so dont neglect it.
but for now worry about those legs and getting as fast as possible.
do alot of explosive exercises.
and get very good at stiff arming thats a very effective way of not getting hit. so use those long arms to ur advantage.
so good luck making the team.

Your BMI is not very good if you wanna play RB. I suggest work on your quickness by wearing ankle weights and do many quick burst sprints and try out as a DB. Your gonna get pounded by those OLine, your too tall. Otherwise, eat alot of protein - like tuna, protein shakes, peanut butter on brown bread, steak after working out.

Every morning when you wake up do:
As many pushups as you can.
As many Sit-ups as you can.
Then do jumping jacks for 3 min.
Do the same thing every night before you go to sleep.
In 6 weeks you will be amazed at the difference in your body.

Do weight training exercises on a regular basis. Ask your parents to take you to a gym to have you work with a trainer.
