the ravens. they a have a knack for finding pro bowl talent. Ogden, Lewis, Reed, Suggs, Mccalister, J Lewis are the reason Billick still has a job.

Without a doubt the Patriots. This is just a sample of the more well known players of the Pats who were drafted in the later rounds who are top notch player today.

Tom Brady QB 2000 round 6
Tedy Bruschi MLB 1996 round 3
Kevin Faulk RB 1999 round 2
Stephen Gostkowski K 2006 round 4
Dan Koppen C 2003 round 5
Matt Light T 2001 round 2
Asante Samuel CB 2003 round 4

Not to mention some of their first round picks.

Laurence Maroney HB
Logan Mankins G
Chad Jackson WR
Richard Seymour DE
Ty Warren DT
Vince Wilfork DT

and this doesn't include players who are with other teams now such as Drew Bledsoe, Deion Branch, Bethel Johnson, David Patten, Troy Brown, Curtis Martin and many more.

The last five to seven years I would say the Chargers because they have found players that fit their system and haven't had to make a lot of trades or big free agent signings. They drafted LT because they needed a speed back instead of the muscle they had at the time (Natrone Means?) and drafted Drew Brees which gave them an affective QB and then drafted Eli Manning and traded him to the Giants for Phillip Rivers (staged draft choice) and two additional draft choices (one in that years draft and one the next year). Any team that drafts a player and is able to trade them down just two places for a more affective (so far) player at the same position and additional draft choices is always a quality draft team. And with that pick they got a QB that was similar to what they already had and could handle any injury to their starter that may occur (which did happen).
But as mployed mentioned, and I hate to admit it being a Vikings fan, but the Cowboys have really been good. I say that I hate to admit it, because the Vikings gave-up ten draft picks in the Herschel Walker trade and the Cowboys used the picks to draft Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and that offensive line that won their 90s Super Bowls for them.

Green Bay drafted Donald Driver in the 7th round. They snagged AJ Hawk, Abdul Hodge, Nick Collins, Nick Barnett, Aaron Kampman and many other players through the draft.

I would have to say that you would have to look at what team has had the most recent success at picking needs instead of wants. Of picking players 2 play roles, not become money hungry cry-baby stars. Look at the team of the decade. The New England Patriots. They are unequivically the best team at drafting talent. And most of their talent they didnt have to break ;the bank to acquire. And with that being said, I just want to say GO RAIDERS

I know people will disagree but look at the Raider picking up solid defenders in the last 4 drafts Stuart Schweigert, Fabian Washington, Michael Huff, Nmadi Asoughua, Tyler Brayton, Sam Williams, Kirk Morrison, Thomas Howard. Jake Grove and Robert Gallery are not complete busts either.

Probaly not they best though.
