if its just your natural facial expression i wouldnt be to worried. i am a happy person but at work when eva someone walks past me that tell me to smile. mabey some of us just look unhappy when we have a natural expression. mabey you should try think of something that makes you smile and keep it in your head. or turn the corner of you mouth up so it looks like a little smile. lol. or mabey just make a huge effort to smile when ever your in public or when someone walks past. keep in mind though that it might look a little freaky if you have a huge fake grin planted across your face all the time :) :) :)

Go to sleep with a smile on your face, after a while your expression may soften. Why do you frown? You must have developed this early, maybe as a result of concentrating hard or vision difficulties. You can train yourself into a different facial expression, it just takes a bit of time to achieve it. Good luck:)

Well as far as I know there are two ways to approach that situation.
1. Surgically get your mouth put into the shape of a smile.
2. Always think of happy things, like butterflies gently soaring above a beatiful meadow, or a funny joke between you and a friend.
My face is frowny too, and so I always keep happy to make my face happy with smiles.
Also, doing good things can make you happy enough to smile for a while.

Quit watching the news and start watching even old comedies, I like to be informed, but found when I watch too much news, I felt depressed. Start turning on the shows on tv which make you laugh. Show those dimples, they can be contagious! Do something you wouldnt normaly do like karaoke, its fun!
