I will be in Vegas and want to see 2 Cirque shows. Have already decided on Love for sure (big Beatles fan) and now need to decide on O, Ka, or Mystere.
I have already seen La Nouba in Orlando (and absolutely loved it) so this will not be my first Cirque show... maybe that will change your recommendation..

I'm also a big Cirque d'Soliel fan. I've seen three of the shows you've mentioned - La Nouba in Orlando, "O," & Mystere. I most recently saw Mystere just this past December.
If you've already decided on "Love," I would recommend "O." It is difficult to put into words how good this show is. What I can say is that its the best of the three Cirque shows I've seen.
Mystere, although encompassing different music & performers, is very similar to Disney's La Nouba. And I felt La Nouba was actually a better show. If you choose Mystere, you're going to see a lot of what you've already seen in Orlando.
So do yourself a favor and see "O" in addition to the one you've already chosen - "Love." You won't regret it.
Other Vegas shows you should consider researching:
Zumanity at NYNY - Adult themed. You must be 21
La Reve at Wynn - Another water-based show
Danny Gans at Mirage - Entertainer Impersonator
In addition, although I love the Cirque shows, I must say that the most fun I've had at any show in Vegas was sixth row back in the middle at the Blue Man Group. That was a REALLY good time. Think about it. Have fun!

Ka' is awesome. I really enjoyed it as the storyline was very simple and easy to follow. I love Cirque' shows too and my favorite (although not mentioned) is Zummanity. It was different and brought something new to the table.
If you see Ka' don't see Mystere...go see O. I loved O but its a lot like Mystere only in water so I wouldn't go see the two of them together. Wow, I think I confused myself. Heh.
Okay...final recommendation:
Go see Ka' or Zummanity.

Well O is good, Ka was a little disappointing, Mystere was pretty good, but I just saw La Reve at the Wynn, not cirque but almost identical and was very amazing, I was soo impressed. Maybe check that out instead.

If you can get tickets to O, then go to that show. Its one of the best. Both Ka and Mystere were very good, and it might be easier to get tickets to these shows. These tickets are also less expensive then O.

i saw mystere there and loved it. apparently O is supposed to be phenomenal. i would've gone to see it as well but we couldn't get tickets, that's how popular it was. i had friends that saw it and raved about it, and said it was the best cirque show they had seen. (mystere wasn't my first cirque show either).
i think whatever you see you'll enjoy. they are all fantastic IMHO :)

Saw KA it was great also saw Mystere it was good. I would recommend KA it gas alot of action and is very good.

O is great! I highly recommend it. Very custom stage set, beautiful music, amazing choreography.

By far O was my fav. It is hard to get tickets sometimes and very expensive but worth it.
