Everytime we talk about it she just says "how would you like it if everyone called you Bottlenose?"

She may need to see a therapist. She has been keeping her feelings bottled up. Who nose what will happen if she doesn't get help? She might blow her poptop. Try a large marine mammal counselor for openers. You won't have to pay for the therapy all at once. You can keep a running pull tab. She may have lost her direction in life. Perhaps she needs to see a pilot whale.
