whats everyones favorite color to get their nails done when long? mine are medium length and i was wondering what might look nice. clear, french? thanks

How about a nice silver color with black french area...that's hot now, in my salon. Also a dark wine color with black tip....you could try a small glitter light opal pink color or frosty purple color. French manicure on shorter nails can look good but must be kept up if you want it to look good. Personally, I don't think matte' colors look good on shorter nails! :) good luck

i love getting french nails done. I also like getting a color at the tip then a line of any other color under it.

I mix it up. Usually I do reds. Lately I have tried new shade. Like... Start with the base coat a sparkling ruby and the next coat garnet red. OR, try black polish with a glitter top (one with lots of colors). Gold base with garnet red top. It's fun to make new colors...

french tips are good because it goes good with anything, and the plain clear are good to but you have to get a color to go with everything like the sun burnt orange or lighter. think of your wardrobe.

i like french nails (the sparkling one with the white recommendations). i imagine they look magnificent and at the same time as they chip that isn't any longer that sizeable. i don't like darkish hues even with the reality that, they're the style of soreness to get rid of.
