You've got the idea and the setting, but what you're lacking is lighting even if it is outdoors. The photo appears like a usual digicam picture with words photoshopped onto it. Since you're trying to make it legit, if you don't have lighting equipment, try and rotate yourself and work the sunlight into your advantage.

No, and for me it has less to do with the photo than the unimaginitive type treatment. Someone who knows something about graphic design would be useful here.

i wouldnt really that its professional..why these days everyone should be topless on the cover?..so people would buy it?
i listen to electronic music only..and when i m buying cds you never ll see any naked or topless guys on the cover!
try something different..
And you can barely see wut its written on the cd...try to use either different background or different color of the tittle...
