well I'm a guy but I pretty much have a forest on my big toe... hmmm, let me count... I have about 22-25 hairs on my big toe. I think a few on a chick would be normal.

Pluck it or put Nair on it but dont shave it!! I hope this helps. I dont think it is a bad sign it just happens.
