Yes, India has been 'definitely' eliminated from the race, sorry but it is true and I think whole world know about this fact.
PS.India had already finished their group campaign with one win and two defeats and their slim hopes rested on an unlikely Bermudian win. However, the Cup debutants (Bermuda) lost of their three matches.

Yes, definitely because Bangladesh has now 4 points from 3 matches while India has only 2 points from 3 matches. So Sri Lanka(6 points) & Bangladesh(4 points) both qualifies for Super 8.

Yes man India is out of the world cup. Not by run rate but by points:
Bangladesh now has 4 points; while India had only 2 points. But, India is war ahead of Bangladesh in run rate.

Since India is not the holder of world cup, the question of loosing the world cup does not arise. Further, since India has been eliminated in the Group level itself, the question of India's winning the world cup also does not arise.
