Who was wrong, Ron Jeremy or Rob VanWinkle?
I think Ron didn't do it out of malice, he just thought he was supposed to "play that game" like that. Rob is nuts, no one is infallible; he's always going to be disappointed by someone.

Sassy - I didn't really notice, but now that you mention it, I do remember that happening.

Rob is a whining punk. He threw a tantrum after every competition, packed his bags, said he's done & leaving, then stayed.
When they found out they'd have to stab one another in the back, they were sitting around talking about it. Ron said he wouldn't do it to friends but Rob said he could because it was only a game. So when Ron played the game and voted for Rob, once again Rob threw a temper tantrum. He's a piece of sh!t.

Ron was wrong for promising both of them like that but i really think he thought he would be able to vote for himself and force a tie. As far as Rob goes this is a little played out with the way he reacts to things when things don't go his way. I mean think about it how many times did he really over react and was it not always because he was losing in the game. Ron just did what he had to. Rob was winning everything so if you were in that situation you would get rid of your toughest competitor so it wasn't that big of a surprise.

This is a tough question because one can look at it from the perspective of both of the contestants. Mr. Van Winkle was obviously upset because of Mr. Jeremy supposedly "backstabbing" him after making a promise some time ago that he would cover Rob's back over his mother's grave. Mr. Jeremy viewed it purely as a "game" which is how Mr. Van Winkle should have viewed it. Nevertheless, he should have not reacted that way to Ron because, in the end Ron felt extremely upset that he lost a friend rather than come in second place.

Rob, most definately. You can't tell Ron, "It's just a game" when he says he doesn't want to do it, then get upset when he votes for you. What happened to "It's just a game". Rob is an attention hound and isn't happy unless everyone is trying to coddle him. I'm glad he didn't win. It's funny though, did anyone notice that he threw tantrums, jumped up, and yelled in everyone's face EXCEPT Pepa? That was the only person he had a disagreement with that he sat on his weak butt and shut his mouth. lol hilarious!!!!

I think that Rob Van Winkle (aka Vanilla Ice) was way overboard with his reaction. I am not saying he was wrong for being so upset. You see, they said they were friends BEFORE this contest started. So, if it came down to voting someone off, it shouldn't have been someone you were close to. That is what made it personal. But, I think his thowing stuff and breaking things and becoming too physical was out of hand.

I think that Rob really did overreact, but it was stupid of Ron to make promises to both Pepa and Rob

ron was wrong for making a promise to pepa and rob that he obviously couldn't keep.... but rob totally overreacted... i know he probably felt betrayed, but that is no excuse for throwing a temper tatrum.

Ron was wrong for making promises to both people.
Rob did over react.
But you can't ignore the fact that Ron promised them both the same thing and others have chosen to leave over hurting others.
