rko didnt do it so u dont know... he simply landed the wrong way after he gave edge a spinebuster and his knee went pop... the good thing is that its not as serious as his last quad tear when he stopped suddenly and planted his foot and tore his quad back in may of 2001.... both sound fn painful

When he was doing a pedigree to randy Orton in the middle of the ring and landed in the wrong way.
but even when that happened he ended the match and simulated the pain

He did a spinebuster on Edge and he landed wrong. and all his body weight fell on his leg causing the muscle to tear off of the knee cap.
