As much as I hate to say it, if they were all at their highest level of powers, really the only one that could win this battle is Q. He has the power to destroy everyone at any point of time. Now, this is saying that all of them are in the same space at the same time, and that the sources of there powers are present.
The reason why Q wins, he is nearly a god. He could simply will it for anything to happen to Superman, Supergirl or Green Lantern. He could Wipe out Krypton before anyone escaped. He could will Krypton to never be destroyed so that Kal and Kara never leave. He could will the Manhunters to stop the Guardians of the Universe from ever building the Corps. He could will the Guardians to never exist. Those are just some of the creative ways he could stop Superman. Evidence of this, if we think back to Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager that Q was present, he could do anything that he willed, and was not able to be stopped by anyone.
All of this though would be based on the premise that Q had a reason to test these heroes, and something to gain from it. Otherwise, he most likely would not even be interested in fighting them.

Q.
Superman & SuperGirl are just a male and female with super human abilities.
Green Lantern? Get real. When the lamp goes out Green Lantern is just a regular guy.
Q has god-like abilities.
The only thing that really beat Q was his love for Janeway.

Q...he has the power to change reality. With a snap of his fingers he could change Superman, Supergirl and Green Lantern into rice pudding.

well it isn't a fair fight..
Q can change the fabric of time and space...that is a hard power to beat.
He could make himself complete yellow..that would put the big hurt on anything the green latern could come up with..
He could change himself into krytonite..and superman couldn't get within a hundred feet of him or change himself into red krytonite and actually poison superman
He could do the same to supergirl or simply apply subtle charm and take her out for a night on the town...lol
plus Q doesn't have to sleep ,eat or worry about aunt may or a job at the daily planet

Q would win, his powers make all the others look like a bunch of sissies. BTW, Q was also on DS9 and Voyager as well.
