How do I veiw a pix message on Verizon wireless?

I want to veiw it from my phone but the message says go to verizon website and follow directions? I go there and see the message but I want to see it from my phone. I mean what's the point of sending a pic to my phone if I have to get on the internet to see it? Please help????

maybe you don't have pix messaging. if you don't have it and you want it just call verizon and sign up for it

your phone is probably not capable of picture messaging...verizon can enable it for you
