my 3 month old veiled chameleon has a brown, almost swollen look to her vent that uaually is not there. should this raise any concern?

Call he nearest vet who specialises in reptiles at once and get the lizard in to see them today. Any unusual condition needs investigating ASAP before it affects the lizard too much.
