Yes, Orcas / Killer Whales are the #1 enemy. They pop up and snack on seals constantly. The hang around seal breeding areas and eat the young too.

Seals are prey to many larger animals and fish - sharks, whales(Orcas). sea lions - g**z - look it up for crying out loud!!
