You can still have an illegal amount of alcohol in your system and could receive a DUI. It is a bad idea to drive when consuming any amount of alcohol, it impairs reflexes and reaction time. It should be illegal to drive with a hangover too.

You're DUI if you fail alcohol test any time. It's not hangover that is illegal. If you still have enough alcohol in you to fail alcohol test youre still drunk.

You can still have enough alcohol in your blood the next day with a hangover. So you have to be careful.

Driving with a headache? No.
However, if you actually have a hangover, you probably still have alcohol in your system and you could be over the legal limit of .08% (which ain't much booze).
Sleep it off. . .

yes it is, and my friend was hungover and drove to work and 'accidentally' hit two parked car and when the cops came he got arrested and charged with a DUI and yes if you feel hung over that means your still feeling the effects of alcohol in your body hence making you still legally drunk.

Yes, it is. Your body's blood alcohol level can still be illegal if not enough time has passed since your last drink.

if you wake up in the morning and drive after a big night, chances are you are over the legal limit. they regularly conduct early morning random breath testing, and get a lot of people!!! sleeping, coffee, showers, greasy breakfast, none of it lowers your blood alcohol concentration. so quite often, yes it is illegal.
depends which country you are in - our limit is 0.05%, if you are a provisional driver, it is 0.02%. Probationary/learner 0.00%. Be careful.
