Ok- first as long as you lose approx. 2 pounds a week, you are doing it in a healthful way. If you add in muscle strengthening, don't expect to lose as much weight, as muscle weighs more, but you will look wonderful! Usually 20 pounds is about average to drop a size. Sometimes it is only 10-15. It depends on your body shape. If you need a weightloss buddy- email me, I am looking for one:) Funny- we are about the same size, height and weight, although I am 39. I have lost 25 lbs so far and still working on it diligently. It is getting easier, good luck, I wish you the same success!

Losing the loose skin depends on a few factors. Do you have a lot of stretch marks? If you do, then no, your skin will probably not bounce back as much as you would like. Although you are young enough that for the most part you shouldn't have any issues.
