Pregnancy causes this. Have you taken a test? If you are not having sex, you could have a hormone problem.

Most likely it is just hormone fluctuations. It is common for women in your age range. I've experience the same thing, just like many other women. If it gets too bad, try getting on birth control pills. It stabilizes your hormones, and is helpful at reducing or almost eliminating breast pain. If you ever change brands of the pill, however, you will experience breast pain, since it will cause hormonal changes as your body gets adjusted to it. To decrease pain, you should also limit your sodium intake to avoid water retention (avoid caffeine as well).
Your best bet is to check with a doctor to make sure and get any prescription you may need (like BC, or a new brand of BC if the one you are currenly on isn't reducing breast pain).

Could you be pregnant? Pregnancy causes this. Sometimes, they just get sore about a week before you start. Maybe, you will start early.

The only time my hurt is when I'm about to get my period.
Maybe you should ask a doctor.
