my friend i think maybe a germaphobic.She will not use a public bathroom for her life,she can't walk long distance cause she gets grossed out by the dirt and rocks on the ground and starts itching and has to try to ignore it.The other day we had to walk under a bridge to get to the car port where you pay to park your car,it was trash and dirt all over the ground and she tried not to look down and ran from under there she was weezing when she came out. I don't think this is normal and neither does she what can i tell her?

She may have an allergic reaction to dirt, etc. I'd advise her to visit a doctor. If it is indeed psychological, she could always bike/drive car to places she needs to visit.
