It seems that global warming could be the end of the worlds ability to grow food or enough fresh water to drink..The people of the world need to prepare for this by voluntarily conserving our resources.. It may be sooner than later!

Changes don't usually occur overnight, if we read about historical climate changes.
Our lifetime won't see radical changes, this would happen to those who are born long after we have served our time on this planet.
If it gets too hot, we would live underground, like the opal miners of Coober Pedy,or alternatively, if it gets too cold, we can learn how to survive from the Eskimos.
If you look at our neighbours in some African towns that were hit by famine, drought, and disease, you could learn how some survived, whilst others starved to death.
Some may say that we are not all meant to survive, that it's natures way of thinning out the ranks.

We should stop that endless consumption! No consumption anymore! Go back to nature! I'm ready to live in a tent and to eat vegetables boiled on the opened fire and to read books instead of sitting on the computer like a prisoner. What about the others?

The earth's resources are being used up too quickly. We're essentially killing the earth. If there aren't some ways to fix what has been messed up, then we'll die off with the earth. It's just a matter of time.

There's a lot to scale back to. We used much less energy per capita in 1900 than now. And Europeans use much less energy per capita now than do Americans now. People are survivors.
