when you bring near the charged rod to spheres they get attracted by charged rod because they also get oppositely charged.
but when they touch the glass rod the charge on glass rod and spheres become equally distributed and gets thus the spheres repel each other as now they have same charge on them an d they move far away from each other

Why would some spheres be attracted to a charged rod while others not, huh? You might be thinking to hard on this one. What would cause something to be attracted to a charged object? What would cause something to be repelled by a charged object? The answer to your question lies in the answer to the previous two questions.
