***HELL YEAH! I'VE GOT ABOUT 300 VINYLS. I LOVE THEM.***

I still have nearly 800 vinyl records and I listen to them now and again. It's very difficult to find a buyer for most albumns. If you have rare albumns in excellent condition (including the vinyl and the cover), you could sell them to a collector on Ebay, at a store, or at a collectors show.

I have tried to sell some albumns at used record and book stores, but they typically have so many of them that they aren't interested. Even Goodwill has stopped taking records where I live. When I have managed to sell them, they don't even sell for $1 each.

I would recommend putting a posting on a local site (like Craigslist maybe) and trying to find somebody who will take a bunch of them off of your hands cheap. If there is a local record store in the area, you can take them there also, but don't expect to make much from the sale.

Good luck to you, and if you can't sell them, there still are some old coots around that would take them rather than having you throw them away.

Um yeah and some of us even have stereos with turntables so we can listen to those ancient slabs of vinyl! Good lord, you can sell them on eBay or to a real record store - they do still exist.

check out the value before you sell them so you know what they are worth.
