2 Words -- REPEAT BIOTCH!

1. UCLA - Playing arguably the best defense of the tournament. Many argue that teams miss easy buckets(i.e. Kansas & Pitt), but the reality is that UCLA bangs all game long and wears on teams. The opposing players spend a lot of energy just getting the open looks and anticipate getting contact on every shot, which makes even the easiest looks at the basket more difficult to make. Their defensive rotation is excellent and they hit the shots that count and allow them to have more points on the board then that of their opponent at the end of the game. With that said, they still have yet to play a complete game in the tourney with their offense hitting on all cylinders. They played their best game against Kansas, but the best is yet to come. Not to mention, they get more then 2 days to prepare for Florida, unlike last year. Experience, depth, intangibles, coaching (Howland is a damn 6th man on the court..hahah) and defense, DEFENSE, D-FENCE!
2. Florida - Very well balanced, experienced, inside-outside game, but how hungry are they.....The Ducks had a chance, but the 4 guard line-up makes it difficult to defend and rebound if the outside shots aren't hitting. Florida's hangup at the moment will be falling victim to the revenge factor. UCLA owes them one big time for not showing up last year.
3. Georgetown - Similar qualities as Florida, but not the same caliber of players. They are tough, but a little slower then the other teams remaining. The have a huge presence on the inside, but I think the remaining teams are quicker, as shown in the UNC game. UNC was just too young and had to grind hard in the USC win.
4. OSU-Very good, quick team. A little streaky tho. Oden has to learn to stay out of fool trouble, and that starts with his guards stopping penetration and leaving him hanging in the paint. Unfortunately, the team is too young to compete with the other three and for this reason they are ranked fourth. They will not squeek out last minute heroics against the likes of UCLA, Florida or Georgetown. Those three teams play tougher D, and UCLA and Florida have the backcourt quickness to challenge Lewis and Conley. This late in the Madness it is all about defense and I think the other teams are more capable in that department. If all OSU players return, next year would be a completely different story.

I am a fan of an ACC school (not UNC) so I think I am pretty unbiased.

Right now, I'd really have to go with OSU. They have played against a variety of styles and they just seem like they are hot and firing on all cylinders. I picked Georgetown back at the beginning of the tourney to win it all, but right now they are damn lucky to be here. I still don't think Florida is very good. They almost lost to Purdue. I have problems with teams that turn it on and off and get bored. You gotta give 100% all the time. I do like UCLA, but I think OSU is a little bit better.
