and you've been returned. what do you do? keep quiet, write a book? sell your story to the tabloids? and do you thnk your family would believe you? who would and who wouldnt?

A very close friend of mine tells a story of seeing a flying saucer. She can not be convinced that it was anything other than that.
Do I believe her? No.
Do she think I do. Yes. I figure, what the hell.

Truly believing you've been abducted by aliens might be a handicap to selling an alien abduction tale to a tabloid because #1. You could be more free in describing the experience if you are lieing and #2 The tabloid you are selling it to might be reluctant to deal with a lunatic who really believes his own fantastic tale.
Or is this giving tabloids too much legal/business savvy?

Heck yea I'd sell my story, write a book, give seminars, go on all the talk shows. I don't care if my family would believe me or not, Cause I'll be rolling in the doe from all my appearances and the movie rights from my book would make me a lot of mullah.
