Add more info in your questions please. It could mean the car is hot. If you open the value "where u put it in" when the car is too hot it will explode in your face so be careful to let it cool down before your open it. If you are asking about after you have added the coolant and have started the engine after flushing it, then it is generally settling down into the radiator and will burp; hence, the bubbling, and then settle down into the lip sometime after that. Part of the process to make sure you have added enough fluid. I would suggest you get a manual for your car and read the part on adding anti-freeze.

If it's bubbling out of the expansion tank under the hood and steaming, the vehicle is overheating. If it's bubbling from the antifreeze container itself, somebody made you a toxic water bong.

i own a shop, and it basically means the car is getting way to hot ,it should exchange back and forth sometimes on this tank, but not really go in at a boiling temperature id have it checked if its getting this hot it could be getting hot enough to blow a head gasket on it,or worse, have it checked to be sure, you don't need no expensive repair bills these days, good luck,i hope this helps.

Probably a blown head gasket. This would also happen if the radiator was frozen which might be why you were adding antifreeze in the first place.

hi,, make sure running temperature is normal, if so, visual check the radiator cap for a cracked seal or broken spring. if so, replace asap. otherwise, if overheating first make sure fan clutch or blower is ok. to check the fan clutch , when engine is hot, engine is off car not running and in parked, turn the fan by hand and it should feel enough resistance to turn compared to a free wheeling fan. and it should not spin either. if not sure, replace it. fan clutch when cold, fan will spin by hand. :)
