I'm new to the Y and I was just wondering if I had to see old men all the time or if men of all ages bare all.

Mostly old guys. Younger guys at least wrap themselves in a towel. Haven't been in the women's locker room since I was about 3 or 4, so I can't say much for that. I hear that most women don't walk around naked, though. For goodness sake, they even have private showers!

Anytime I've ever been to a YMCA, it's mostly the old men that walk around naked. The good looking younger guys are usually shy.

Well I take my 3 year old son to the Y on a regular basis.. For a swim. We do not bare it all as in run around the locker room naked. Well I do not and try to prevent him from doing it .. haha But we do shower naked as I feel we have nothing to hide and if someone made me feel uncomfortable I would do something about it!

Its a locker room. Everyone changes clothes. Don't get all Victorian about it.

omg everyone is naked there its disgusting. i saw so much i shouldn't have seen when i was like 7 taking swimming lessons lol.

The odd time you come across someone nude its a wrinkly and your like, "Eww old dangly bits"!

Because younger guys are self contious and they don't want other guys staring at them. but old guys, they're like I'm old I might as well flaunt it
